Adam Bennett is a writer and attorney based in Seattle whose work explores the intersections of law, literature, contemporary art, and transnational identity.
He has lectured at universities and law schools across the United States and has been a featured speaker at South by Southwest, the University of Texas Conference on Immigration and Nationality Law, the Seattle Art Museum, and the Austin Film Festival.
As a curator and producer of public programs, he has collaborated with artists including Claudia Rankine, Xu Bing, Deborah Hay, Paul Pfeiffer, and Jack Whitten.
His essays and criticism have appeared in the Cincinnati Enquirer, the Immigration and Human Rights Law Review, and publications of the Blanton Museum of Art and Fusebox Festival.
